At Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing, we differentiate ourselves through advanced automated machining, and a commitment to operational excellence. Our Horizontal machining cells operate lights out 24/7, with robotic systems handling loading, and unloading of the machines. This level of automation enables continuous unattended production, improving efficiency and consistency in cnc manufacturing. Our flagship cell features 5 horizontal machining centers using 64 pallets. Each machine is equipped with a 120-tool capacity, and a 30"x28"x25" envelope, auto tool breakage detection, and probing.
These cells are ideal for meeting tight delivery schedules and recurring production demands. By eliminating setup cost for repeat orders. We offer both cost savings and increased flexibility for our customers.
