Located in Old Bethpage, New York ,Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing LLC, is your go-to supplier of CNC machined components for the aerospace, electronics, and medical industries. Our facility is AS9100/ISO 9100, and ITAR certified, ensuring that we follow strict quality control processes to deliver top -quality products and services that meet all our costumers' requirements'. At Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing LLC, we take pride in offering a range of services beside machining which include, subassemblies, and turning. 

At Aljo-Gefa Precision Manufacturing, we differentiate ourselves through advanced automated machining, and a commitment to operational excellence. Our Horizontal machining cells operate lights out 24/7, with robotic systems handling loading, and unloading of the machines. This level of automation enables continuous unattended production, improving efficiency and consistency in cnc manufacturing. Our flagship cell features 5 horizontal machining centers using 64 pallets. Each machine is equipped with a 120-tool capacity, and a 30"x28"x25" envelope, auto tool breakage detection, and probing.

These cells are ideal for meeting tight delivery schedules and recurring production demands. By eliminating setup cost for repeat orders. We offer  both cost savings and increased flexibility for our customers.

In addition to our automation capabilities, we bring a deep expertise in machining a wide array of materials -including aluminum,steel,Inconel,stainless steel,and titanium. This versatility makes us a trusted partner for producing complex, high-tolerance components for aerospace industry and beyond








Automated Pallet system

Our facility is equipped to manage 64 pallets within our CNC machining cell, specializing in various Aerospace Components while adhering to AS9100 Certified practices. We leverage Automated Machining and CNC Machining techniques to manufacture high-quality Electrical Components and Medical Components. Furthermore, our ITAR Certified processes guarantee compliance in the precision manufacturing of subassemblies.
